Les brings 22 years of Class 1, Short Line, and Contracting experience. His drive for efficiency and safety have allowed him to be part of and lead teams across the United States and Canada.
Brian is a career railroader starting off as a trackman for Burlington Northern and advancing to Division Engineer overseeing multiple divisions throughout his career. He has been a part of railroad modernization practices that have been developed through the decades and continue to develop.
Tom served his country through his positions in the Army before joining the railroad industry. Once in the industry he worked his way up to Operations Manager at Norfolk Southern before becoming an Operating Practices Inspector for the Federal Railroad Administration. Tom brings years of best practices and efficiency.
Starlena brings 40 years of business experience to Interactive Rail. Not only does she handle the day-to-day responsibilities behind the scenes, she advises on business practices and Human Resources related issues.
